CCS + Envisioning A just Pittsburgh (EJP) Art WORKSHOP

This is a special workshop in collaboration with the Carnegie Museum Of Art (CMOA) for the EJP open call. This session focuses on this year’s theme, Home, and invites artists and community partners to explore what it means to belong, to feel grounded, and to imagine Pittsburgh as a place where everyone can live and thrive. This session will focus on making visual art based around these themes. No prior art experience needed. Caregivers and support staff always welcome!

CCS workshops @ Mount Lebanon PUblic Library

We are excited to continue monthly art workshops at MLPL. Each workshop will follow a theme and will dive into a historical unit based around the artwork being created that day. This space is full of so many awesome workshops, classes and resources.

CCS workshops @ Brother Andre’s Cafe (uptown)

Grab a coffee and cookie at this hot-spot at the Epiphany Church in Uptown and meet a few of their friendly staff members. We are excited to partner with Brother Andre’s Cafe to host monthly workshops. Come ready to learn some new creative techniques!

CCS WORKSHOPS @ BRENTWOOD LIBRARY

We’re excited to create art with the lovely folks at Brentwood Library for this first time this month! We'll be learning about an artist in history and creating a project inspired by their work. No experience necessary to participate, and caregivers/support staff are always welcome. Remember that our monthly project is the same throughout all locations for that month.

ccs workshops @ Wilkinsburg Public LibRARY

We are excited to start quarterly art workshops at Wilkinsburg Library. The Adult Library is on the second floor of Wilkinsburg’s Borough Building, which is located at the intersection of Hay Street and Ross Avenue. The Children’s Library is on the third floor. You can get to these floors by stairs or elevator. There is a ramp to the building’s entrance on Ross Avenue.
